HelioTrade continuously pulls prices and market context from trusted data providers, computes technical indicators on the server, then passes that grounded context to AI models. The AI explains what the data means — it never invents prices or indicator values.

Yes. The Free tier gives you dashboard access, watchlists, alerts, and a small daily allowance of AI Copilot messages and AI scans. Premium unlocks Premium market coverage, higher AI limits, and the flagship AI features.

Premium is prepaid access to HelioTrade's full intelligence layer: Premium market data, premium instruments (indices, forex, metals, US oil), AI Trade Setup, AI Portfolio Intelligence, advanced alerts, and substantially higher daily AI limits.

US equities and ETFs, major stock indices, major forex pairs, precious metals such as gold and silver, and US oil. Coverage expands over time — premium instruments are marked with a lock for Free users.

AI Copilot is your conversational market analyst. Ask it about trends, compare assets, understand why something moved, or explore opportunities. It answers using the live market snapshot available to it and is designed for analysis and education — not exact trade levels.

AI Trade Setup is HelioTrade's flagship Premium feature. For a chosen asset and timeframe it produces a structured educational trade plan — bias, entry zone, stop loss, take-profit levels, confidence, and the reasoning behind it — grounded in current price action and volatility.

The server fetches a live quote and recent price history, computes indicators and volatility (ATR) locally, then asks the AI to build a plan from that exact context. Every plan is validated server-side: impossible levels, inverted zones, or values that drift too far from the live price are rejected and regenerated.

A plan is only valid for the market conditions it was built on. Each setup carries a validity window tied to its timeframe, and is invalidated early if the market changes materially — for example if price moves beyond a volatility threshold or the trend flips. Expired or invalidated setups are clearly labelled.

No. All AI output is educational and can be incomplete or wrong. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial advisor.

Premium market data, all premium instruments (indices, forex, metals, US oil), AI Trade Setup, AI Portfolio Intelligence, premium AI scans, advanced alerts, multiple watchlists, priority AI processing, and early access to new features.

Free: 2 AI Copilot messages and 1 AI scan per day. Premium: 20 AI Copilot messages, 5 AI scans, and 3 AI Trade Setup generations per day. Reusing a shared cached trade setup does not consume your daily quota.

HelioTrade currently uses prepaid Premium access. You pay once for a fixed access period — 1, 6, or 12 months — and Premium is active for that duration. Buying again while you still have access extends your remaining time rather than replacing it.

No. Premium access does not renew automatically and no payment method is stored for future charges. When your access period expires you return to the Free tier, and you must manually purchase more Premium time to continue with Premium.

HelioTrade is built for the Lebanese and wider MENA market. Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider supporting credit and debit cards, with local wallet options being rolled out. The exact methods available are shown on the Billing page at checkout.

Whish Pay is a Lebanese payment wallet. Choose a plan on the Pricing page, complete the payment in the secure Whish checkout, and your Premium access is activated automatically once Whish confirms the transaction. Payments are one-time — there is no auto-renewal.

No access is granted and you are not charged for a failed attempt. Any pending amount released by your bank or wallet returns to you according to their timelines. You can simply retry from the Billing page, or contact support if a payment was taken without access being granted.

Yes. You can move from Free to Premium at any time, and you can extend an active Premium period whenever you like — remaining days are added on top of the new purchase.

On the sign-in screen choose the password reset option and enter your email. We send a secure reset link to your inbox; open it and set a new password. Reset links are single-use and time-limited.

Open Settings from the sidebar or your avatar. There you can change your display name, notification preferences, and appearance. Your email address is shown for reference — contact support to change it.

HelioTrade is a Progressive Web App. Use the Download App button on the landing page: on Android and desktop the browser installs it natively; on iPhone or iPad, open the Share menu in Safari and tap Add to Home Screen.
