These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of HelioTrade. By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

HelioTrade provides AI-generated educational market insights, analysis, and trade ideas. Nothing within HelioTrade constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security, currency, commodity, or other instrument.

HelioTrade is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, or licensed financial advisor, and does not execute orders or hold client funds.

You remain solely responsible for all investment decisions you make and for any resulting gains or losses. You should perform your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of HelioTrade complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

Trading and investing involve significant risk, including the possible loss of all invested capital. Leveraged instruments, currencies, commodities, and volatile assets can move sharply against you.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any hypothetical, illustrative, or historical figure shown in HelioTrade is not a promise of future performance.

Insights, scans, copilot responses, and trade setups are produced by automated AI models using the market context available at the time of generation. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and may not reflect events that occurred after generation.

AI Trade Setups are educational plans, not signals to trade. Setups expire and may be invalidated by market movement.

HelioTrade does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or profitability of any AI-generated analysis, signal, forecast, or trade setup. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, throttled, rounded, adjusted, or temporarily unavailable. Certain instruments are represented through proxies where direct data is unavailable. Do not rely on HelioTrade as a system of record for prices or execution.

Premium access is sold as a prepaid, one-time purchase that grants access for a fixed duration (for example 1, 6, or 12 months). Subscriptions do not renew automatically and no payment method is stored for future charges.

When your access period ends, you return to the Free tier until you purchase another period. Purchasing while access is still active extends the remaining period. Prices, quotas, and included features may change for future purchases.

Except where required by applicable law, prepaid access is non-refundable once premium features have been used.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit HelioTrade content or AI output without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass quotas, entitlement checks, authentication, or rate limits.
• Use the platform for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or to harm others.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.

HelioTrade, its branding, interface, source code, prompts, and generated presentation layers are owned by HelioTrade or its licensors. Market data remains the property of its respective providers. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelioTrade and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any content within it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to HelioTrade in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using HelioTrade at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create legal or security risk. Where a termination is not caused by a breach, any unused prepaid access may be considered for a pro-rata remedy at our discretion.

These Terms are versioned. We may publish updated versions as the platform evolves; the effective date and version are shown at the top of this page. Continued use after an update, or acceptance of a newer version when prompted, constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Beirut, Lebanon shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
