HelioTrade (“HelioTrade”, “we”, “us”) provides AI-generated market intelligence and educational analysis. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

By creating an account or using HelioTrade you acknowledge the practices described here.

We collect only the information needed to operate and improve the platform.

• Account information — your email address, display name, and optional profile details you provide.
• Authentication data — secure session tokens and sign-in metadata handled by our authentication provider. We never store your password in plain text.
• Usage analytics — feature interactions such as AI Copilot messages sent, AI scans run, and trade setups generated, used for quotas, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
• Cookies and local storage — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as theme), and cache market data for performance.
• Device information — where applicable, browser type, operating system, approximate region, and screen characteristics, used for compatibility and security.
• Content you submit — watchlists, portfolio holdings you choose to enter, alerts, and prompts you send to AI features.
• Payment records — the plan purchased, amount, currency, status, and reference identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.

HelioTrade relies on trusted third-party services to deliver AI functionality, live market data, and payments. When a feature requires it, the minimum necessary data is transmitted to these providers.

• AI providers — prompts and the market context supplied to a model are sent to AI providers to generate responses, insights, and trade setups. We do not send your password or payment details to AI providers.
• Market data providers — we request quotes, historical series, and news from market data vendors. These requests identify HelioTrade, not you individually.
• Payment processing — payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Card details are entered with the provider and are never stored on HelioTrade servers.
• Infrastructure — hosting, database, and authentication are provided by managed cloud infrastructure vendors.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, secure, and maintain your account and premium entitlements.
• Generate AI insights, scans, and trade setups you request.
• Enforce fair-use quotas and prevent abuse or fraud.
• Communicate service, security, and billing notices.
• Diagnose errors and improve reliability and product quality.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Usage counters and AI request logs are retained for a limited operational window for quota enforcement, cost management, and abuse investigation. Payment records are retained as required for accounting and legal obligations.

When you delete your account, associated personal data is removed or anonymised, except where retention is legally required.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored in managed databases protected by row-level security policies that restrict each record to its owner. Administrative access is limited and audited.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account and data, a copy of your data in a portable format, or restriction of certain processing.

HelioTrade is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Each version carries a version number and effective date. Material changes may require you to review and accept the updated policy before continuing to use HelioTrade.
